Refunds

This refund policy only applies to Fixed-Price Subscription Plans and does not apply to the Commission-Only Plan. You can switch between these plans whenever you wish, make sure you contact your personal assistant for this.

1. Commission-Only Plan (Free to Start - No Refunds)

Under this plan, there is no upfront cost. You are only charged a 20% commission on profits generated by Breaking Trades AI, and only after you have made money using the system. Keep in mind this one does have a fee of $15 every month for activation.

This plan is not eligible for refunds because you only pay after profitable performance.

2. Fixed-Price Subscription Plan (Refund Eligible - No Commission)

For clients who prefer not to share profits, we offer subscription plans that include no commission charges. These are available as monthly or annual packages and include a 30-day performance-based refund guarantee for first-time users, meaning if you switch to this plan after you were on the commission plan then you will not recieve a refund.

- Refunds apply only to the first payment made on a monthly or annual plan, anything after this will not be refunded
- The refund period covers the first 30 days from the date of the first live trade
- The win rate of trades executed by Breaking Trades AI is below 50% during the 30-day period

Refund Amounts Monthly Plan: Refund of the initial $250 payment (or whatever the fixed monthly plan was when agreed upon). Refunds apply only to the subscription fee and do not include any trading losses or deposit amounts. You must request the refund contract or else the initial contract won't include any refund clauses

How to Request Refund
1. Contact Us: Email services@breaking-trades.com or reach out to your personal assistant who helped set up your account.
2. Performance Review: We will review the algorithm’s win rate over your first 30 days of trades.
3. Refund Issuance: If the win rate is confirmed to be below 50%, a full refund of your initial payment will be issued.We will share detailed statistics and trade logs to support the eligibility decision.

Additional Terms
- Refunds apply only to the first 30 days of service under the Fixed-Price Subscription Plan
- The refund policy does not apply to Commission-Only Plans
- If the win rate exceeds 50% during the first 30 days, no refund will be issued
- Any losses in your trading account are not covered under this policy
- A minimum trading deposit of $500 is recommended and is the client’s responsibility
- Users may alternatively connect to proprietary firm evaluations instead of using their own funds
